This website contains no advertising tracking tools. The only personal information we receive is what you send us through the contact form.

Who is responsible

What we receive and why

Your name, your company name, your email address, your phone number, your address and your message. They are only used to reply to you and prepare your quote, at your request (pre-contractual measures).

How long

Requests with no follow-up are deleted at the latest three years after our last exchange. If we work together, the relevant information is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then for the periods required by law for accounting documents.

Who has access

Only our team. Your information is never sold or lent. It is stored by our hosting provider, in France.

Cookies and audience measurement

We count visits ourselves, on our server, without recording your IP address or any data that could identify you. A small session cookie (np_v), which only contains today's date and disappears when you close your browser, prevents the same visit from being counted twice. This anonymous count is exempt from consent under CNIL rules, and the results are public: website statistics.

Only with your consent, we may also use Google Analytics, with anonymised IP addresses, to find out which pages are useful to you. Your choice is stored in your browser. You can change it at any time: cookie settings.

The location map on the Contact page is provided by OpenStreetMap, which does not set advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, by writing to nira@negoplast.fr. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can contact the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
